Living With Tile Lippage

I tiled my shower walls over the weekend. 12x12 porcelain tiles. I'm now noticing that there is some significant lippage on one of the tiles. I think I can remove a tile that sets a little low and fix the issue. I have yet to grout.
However, I'm wondering if I'm better off living with the lippage than trying to remove the tile and dried thinset. In chiseling the thinset I'd have to be very careful not to damage the redgarded walls underneath.
How difficult is it to remove a wall tile like this? Worth it to fix the issue?

First, you may have to sacrifice the offending tile, smashing it to pieces with a hammer. Careful!
Second, we used an oscillating electric tool called the Fein Multimaster with a variety of head attachments to remove the thinset. Quite precise. Now you can get $100 equivalents to the Fein at any hardware store.
Third, you can chisel it out too; we just found the Fein served the purpose in an efficient manner.
Forth, you can always patch the Redgard, but with the Fein there was no need to even get that close to it; somewhat the same argument for Kerdi membrane...

Thanks! I have a oscillating tool. What attachment would I use for removing the thinset? I think I have a diamond one--would that work?
Am I lucky to end up with worse problems trying to fix the offending tile?

The thinset may not have fully cured yet so the tile may come off easily. You will likely sacrifice the tile to avoid damage to the surrounding tiles. I had to pull tiles recently for the same reason and used a diamond grout removal blade in my multi-tool. It's one of those things that only you will probably notice and drive you nuts if you don't fix it.

Thanks for the replies!
I ended up smashing the tile with a hammer to remove it. I then used a combination of my multi-tool diamond bland and a chisel to get some of the thinset that had adhered to the wall.
I replaced the tile, and while it is still not perfect, I'm more happen with the way it looks now.
